Social Services

Our Approach to Helping

We work as partners to walk alongside the person who is dealing with life’s challenges. Together we create an individual service plan which defines their objectives and goals. We believe that each person has strengths and we work to encourage, support, and empower people to overcome their difficulties and improve their lives.

We network with other advocates, health and social service providers, agencies, charitable organizations and community groups to make help easier to access for our community residents.
