Welcome to Neighborhood Connections!
We are a nonprofit organization offering preventive health care, health education and social services.
We proudly serve the communities of Londonderry, South Londonderry, Weston, Chester, Andover, Windham, Winhall, Jamaica, Landgrove, and Peru.
Our focus is to:
- Assist families in making choices that reduce health care costs through early intervention
- Offer physicals in the schools to accomodate working families and those without primary care physicians
- Provide school based health education for students, families and staff
- Bring services closer to home for all
- Provide outreach to individuals, families and groups
- Assist with access to all State and Federal social service programs
- Provide emergency services
We work with all of the local neighborhood organizations and churches to coordinate programs ensuring that community members are receiving the services they need.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm
