Neighborhood Connections teams up with Delta Dental to provide bright smiles to the students at Flood Brook Union Elementary School and  Winhall Elementary School!

We are a nonprofit organization offering preventive health care, health education and social services. We proudly serve the communities of Londonderry, South Londonderry, Weston, Andover, Windham, Winhall, Jamaica, Landgrove, and Peru


Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide preventive health care, education, and social services with particular emphasis on the those most vulnerable. We are dedicated to excellence in our work to improve the health and quality of life for all.

Our focus is to:
  • Assist families in making choices that reduce health care costs through early intervention;
  • Offer physicals in the schools to accommodate working families and those without primary care physicians;
  • Provide school based health education for students, families and staff;
  • Bring services closer to home for all;
  • Provide outreach to individuals, families and groups;
  • Assist with access to all State and Federal social service programs;
  • Facilitate emergency services;
  • We work with all of the local neighborhood organizations and churches to coordinate programs ensuring that community members are receiving all available and appropriate services.
